I was a bit nervous driving to Ogden, UT for the race but I was also very excited. Upon getting to Snowbasin we were welcomed to the beautiful fall colors surround the resort. I was honored this year to be considered a top amateur contender so I was invited to do a short interview with XTERRA TV. I was overcome with excitement and anxiety, but it was a fun opportunity. They asked me the basics and talked about my race plans, but nonetheless it was fun and a great experience. Should be seeing me when the race recap airs on national television!
